I did find out that covered parking is available, but it is on the opposite side of the Casino from the rooms, so that too was very inconvenient. I thought that restriction was totally unnecessary. The ice machine was down on my floor, and the Business Room was unavailable because of the virus, so you could not get on a computer, unless you had your own. Also, my debit card accidentally got locked by Fidelity, and none of the Customer Service Desks had a phone that you could use. One of the problems, which I have experienced before, is that it is so big that the employees know very little, except in their particular area. The Casino experience was very good, but the machines were tight, but that can happen anywhere.
The rooms were fine, and the bathroom, though not handicapped, had sturdy bars in the shower. I stayed at the Casino on August 25 and 26 in comped rooms.
